When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will ship the same day.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.  The gist, Free Shipping is 2-6 days - 2nd day is Two Days.  Overnight, is the next day.
Will your tungsten ring turn my finger green?

No. Our rings are hypoallergenic and won’t tarnish, rust or discolor your skin.  The rings we sell are also cobalt free and will never turn your finger.  Ever.
Can a tungsten ring be removed in an emergency?


Yes. Tungsten is too hard for a standard ring cutter, but emergency rooms and jewelers remove it quickly by gently cracking it with locking pliers. It breaks cleanly without harming your finger.
Can tungsten rings be resized?


No. Tungsten carbide is too hard to cut and resize, so please check your size with our ring size guide before you order. If an unengraved ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.
What is the return policy?

Easy and Simple. Unengraved rings can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.
Are any purchases final sale?


Only laser-engraved rings, since they’re personalized just for you. Any unengraved ring can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Do you engrave on the inside or outside of the ring?

We will engrave the inside of the ring, unless told otherwise.

If you want your ring engraved on the outside, just let us know in the comments secion at checkout. Yes, we actually do read the comments.

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer free shipping within the USA. If you would like your ring shipped faster, we have other options for 2nd day and Overnight for a fee, you can choose that option at checkout.
How do I find my ring size?

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

Another option - Order a ring sizer here.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.
