Refund policy
Tungsten Fashions is proud to offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a full refund.
Returns and exchanges are simple, and we’ve been doing this since 2008. We do not charge restocking fees.
Please note: Engraved tungsten carbide rings cannot be accepted as returns.
How to return or exchange a ring
- Fill out the exchange form. You’ll find it on the back of the packing slip that came with your order. Don’t have it? Download it here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0723/2421/9033/files/Exchange_Form.pdf
- Pack your ring securely. Include the exchange form, your packing slip (sales receipt) and the original ring box. Please don’t write anything on the outside of the package that suggests there is jewelry inside.

Please use a tracked, insured shipping service so your ring is protected on its way back to us. - We’ll process your refund. Once your package arrives, we’ll inspect the ring and confirm its condition. Your refund will be issued within 2–3 business days, to the same payment method you used for your order.
