No. Our rings are hypoallergenic and won’t tarnish, rust or discolor your skin. The rings we sell are also cobalt free and will never turn your finger. Ever.

Yes. Tungsten is too hard for a standard ring cutter, but emergency rooms and jewelers remove it quickly by gently cracking it with locking pliers. It breaks cleanly without harming your finger.

No. Tungsten carbide is too hard to cut and resize, so please check your size with our ring size guide before you order. If an unengraved ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

Easy and Simple. Unengraved rings can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

I had a wedding tungsten ring before but lost it. This is the perfect replacement and I got the 8mm also. So I have two rings! I live in a hot state so the 5mm is perfect , but other times I wear the 8mm. Very happy with it! I would and will purchase more tungsten rings.

Tracking says you have received it and I also sent an inquiry to see what the status of the exchange is and have received no response. There is no phone number for your company anywhere. At this point, I would have to say customer service is lacking. I am hoping to be able to change this review soon.

My husband and I just renewed our vows after being married for 4 years so we decided to get new rings. Fits great!

In real life, ring appears silver on silver. I had thought from the picture, the background was black so that the etching would show more. Also, the etching is very tiny and hard to see on the woman's version. However, I kept the ring as I do like the fit and feel. And, considering the price, its a great ring. Will definitely buy more rings in the future from this company. Service has been outstanding!

. This ring was a good size for my hand, but because of how thin the ring is you can't really see the design. But it is very durable and works well for me with my line of work.
