Renzo Tungsten Carbide Ring 5mm

I bought this for him as an updated Wedding band, we wanted something durable and we got it ! May be ordering again maybe a little bit bigger so he can actually get it off. But quality wise spot on!

My initial contact with them was excellent, and immediately bought a ring (Renzo 5mm 7.5) However it was a bit tight. So on their suggestion bought an 8mm and was way to big, but kept it for a family member. Spoke to the actual owner who said he'd order a 7.75...great. They obviously don't check and sent a huge ring that was ridiculous. Owner said another would be sent...again wrong size. Months went by and they could not deliver on their word. The customer service rep was a liar and unprofessional, and eventual said they couldn't get the 7.75mm. So the owner is not truthful as well. If you order "off the shelf" you'll be ok, BUT do not order a custom size as you will NOT get it. No apologies of any kind by the rep or owner.

The ring is solid and beautiful, on my finger as in the pictures on the website. High quality workmanship is obvious. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The ring fits perfectly. There is no spinning like my engagement ring did. I love how it looks and really how it feels.

Ring was great quality but just a tad bit too big

Great company to deal with. First purchased the ring sizers for correct size. Received my ring much faster than expected. Fit and quality is perfect. This is to be worn at work, leaving my expensive ring for weekends.
