No. Our rings are hypoallergenic and won’t tarnish, rust or discolor your skin. The rings we sell are also cobalt free and will never turn your finger. Ever.

Yes. Tungsten is too hard for a standard ring cutter, but emergency rooms and jewelers remove it quickly by gently cracking it with locking pliers. It breaks cleanly without harming your finger.

No. Tungsten carbide is too hard to cut and resize, so please check your size with our ring size guide before you order. If an unengraved ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

Easy and Simple. Unengraved rings can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

My initial contact with them was excellent, and immediately bought a ring (Renzo 5mm 7.5) However it was a bit tight. So on their suggestion bought an 8mm and was way to big, but kept it for a family member. Spoke to the actual owner who said he'd order a 7.75...great. They obviously don't check and sent a huge ring that was ridiculous. Owner said another would be sent...again wrong size. Months went by and they could not deliver on their word. The customer service rep was a liar and unprofessional, and eventual said they couldn't get the 7.75mm. So the owner is not truthful as well. If you order "off the shelf" you'll be ok, BUT do not order a custom size as you will NOT get it. No apologies of any kind by the rep or owner.

Great Ring, Great Value

Finally pulled the trigger and bought this ring and I am glad that I did. Great fit, great quality, great look and great service. I had originally ordered the 7mm band but when I got it, I found that it was too big for my hand. They quickly processed my return (very easy) and sent me the 5mm band no questions asked. Will definitely buy from them again. One note: my ring has a slightly darker finish than what appears in the picture - but it still looks great!

I purchased both this ring and the 7mm version for my and my fiance's wedding bands. The rings are great quality and the engraving on ours looks perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything better. The customer service for the company is incredible, and I could not praise them enough! Nice ring, different, affordable

Bought as a gift for someone who like trying new things. Tungsten carbide is not very common, and it is supposed to be the hardest ring material available (even if somewhat brittle), so there is some symbolic value there. It came in a simple black velvet box with white lining. Nice heavy feeling to the ring, very smooth on the inside. Very affordable � not much risk in buying this. There was no tax or customs duties added on delivery.
