Bought matching rings for myself and my wife and these rings along with the many others that I have bought are absolutely PHENOMENAL !! Beautiful fit, looks awesome, indestructible and always look like new ! The only thing MORE phenomenal is the customer service. I had bought the rings and was sent through the normal mail system, which no longer gets tracked once it crosses over into Canada. I never received the rings and after 3 weeks, they were kind enough to send me another pair free of charge and was sent by courier this time for which they paid for 50% of the cost, which is more than fair since it was the fault of Canada post who "lost" my package. I received the rings just in time for my 24th wedding anniversary ! They send an email asking for a review after I have sent a request to pay pal for a refund due to the rings.. yes 2.. NEVER being shipped. It�s been a month! And they send me an email saying you should have gotten them by now, how do they fit? How the fuck would I know? I�ve been requesting information on where they are every few days since you took my money, created a shipping label and never mailed them! Then never responded to me. Told papa pal you always respond in 24 hours.. it�s been over 4 weeks.. I�m still waiting.. for a response.. for my rings.. I found a company that was happy to assist. Since you couldn't. Just refund my purchase price. Buyers beware.
