If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.

Of course not. We want you to love your ring. As long as the ring was not laser engraved, you can exchange or return it for a full refund.

We ship everyday Monday through Friday.

All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST. will ship that day.

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

I was so excited to see the Navy ring the I ordered...It came fast, great, it fit, I really like that you have 1/2 sizes...But I was so disappointed in the insignia on the ring...the Navy crest was so small and so light that I couldn't read it...It's like not having a Navy ring at all....My friend was a Coast Guard veteran and I wanted to show him but since you can't even see that it's Navy, I really don't have anything to show...

Great ring

I bought this ring at a slightly larger size than my finger because I have a finger with an arthritic joint and at times it swells. This ring works great in that it is smooth enough on the interior to slide over the swollen joint and come off my finger with no problem. It is a good quality ring. I was happy with my purchase.

I initially ordered this for size 9.5. I very much like the style, but the ring was too small. I re-ordered size 10. Though the ring fits well, the design has changed a bit. The crosses are somewhat different. Not as pleased.

Knowing that tungsten is nearly the same atomic weight of gold, I wanted a band of gold, sans gold, sans the problems with gold, a ring that I kept on while I hit golf balls, played tennis, opened boxes, slept soundly, AND had a Catholic flavor AND was gold plated AND did not scratch! Hmmm. So, after searching tungsten rings fruitlessly, I came across tungstefashions.com. From there, my main regret was that I could not buy, and wear, a few dozen rings! But, for the moment, one will suffice, though I will buy a thinner version of the Ring with Crosses, as a practical matter. I spoke with the owner (presumed owner) and after informative pleasantries and a Boston accent, we fixed my sizing matter, got the right ring, etc. My only gripe is hardly a gripe: my friends, old acquaintances, and neighbors, buddies, checkout boys, enemies and even traffic control officers did NOT notice my stately ring! Only one person, oddly enough, noticed a new ring. I had not worn a ring in - well a long time, years really. To cap this off, I have finally forced notice and gotten the permission to give rings as gifts to family and friends these coming months. Since tungstenfashions.com is quick and easy to replace sizing errors on our parts, I am sure we can have some happy moments ahead. Also, I finally did figure out the best way to size a ring, though it is hardly an exact science. And one's fingers DO swell especially after strong exercise.
