What is the return policy?

Easy and Simple. Unengraved rings can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.
Are any purchases final sale?

Of course not. We want you to love your ring. As long as the ring was not laser engraved, you can exchange or return it for a full refund.
When will I get my order?

We ship everyday Monday through Friday.

All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST. will ship that day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and the delivery date.

We are located in Boston, free shipping is usually 2-5 days. You also have the option for 2nd day (two business days) or Overnight. (Arrives the next business day)
Do you engrave on the inside or outside of the ring?

We will engrave the inside of the ring, unless told otherwise.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I find my ring size?

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

Another option - Order a ring sizer here.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

Didn't get what I paid for

I ordered this ring for my boyfriend... Before doing so I had him get his finger sized by a jeweler to ensure we got the correct size. When the ring came I was super excited to see it on him. Well it would have been exciting had the ring even gone on his finger. The ring size was in no way correct for one and then to top it off i paid 29.99 extra for it to be engraved and the ring I received had no engraving on it what so ever. If your undecided wether or not to order from this company my suggestion is to go somewhere else. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience
