Yes. Tungsten is too hard for a standard ring cutter, but emergency rooms and jewelers remove it quickly by gently cracking it with locking pliers. It breaks cleanly without harming your finger.

No. Tungsten carbide is too hard to cut and resize, so please check your size with our ring size guide before you order. If an unengraved ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

Getting ripped off

I'm going to leave the original review up at the end of this update. So they called me and explained what had happened and assured me that the ring was going to be here Thursday the 6th of October and offered to refund me the shipping cost. I told them that if they did that and I got the ring on Thursday that I would update the review and give a more fair rating. Well I got the tracking info all excited about getting my ring when I get an email asking why I haven't changed the reviews I have left. I told them that I have not received any receipt showing my a refund. I then get an email stating that oh trust me I did issue the refund. Now all of a sudden the shipping if has been delayed. I new I should have done more research before I bought from them. Now I feel I'm out my money. Proof is in the file I uploaded Website says same day shipping if ordered by 3pm eastern standard time. I had my order in at 2:130m and paid for overnight shipping. Found out that it won't be here till Thursday. So not only did they charge me for overnight shipping they lied about it being shipped out same day. Even after it was brought to thier attention no offer to reimburse the overnight shipping.

However, the engraving was not complete, and I have left messages for the company over the last two weeks that have not been returned. Due to customer service, I do not recommend this company
