No. Our rings are hypoallergenic and won’t tarnish, rust or discolor your skin. The rings we sell are also cobalt free and will never turn your finger. Ever.

Yes. Tungsten is too hard for a standard ring cutter, but emergency rooms and jewelers remove it quickly by gently cracking it with locking pliers. It breaks cleanly without harming your finger.

No. Tungsten carbide is too hard to cut and resize, so please check your size with our ring size guide before you order. If an unengraved ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

If your ring was laser engraved with a personal message, those are not able to be exchanged or returned, however - If you did get a ring that was engraved and does not fit, call us - we will help.

There are a few ways to figure out ring ring size.

The obvious, is to go to a local jewelry store and have them size you, it takes a few seconds and that will give you the best solution and most accurate fit. (Our sizes are standard, so if they sized you at a 10, order the 10)

Our rings are comfort fit, however, that does not change the fit of the ring.

For men, there is a trick. You can go by your shoe size. Your shoe size is going to be close, if not the same to your ring size. We still recommend going to a jewelry store to get sized, however, if your in a pinch, this is a great alternative.

Ring was perfect!! Customer Service is always top notch--I wanted the ring engraved, so I wrote the message but failed to check the box to include it. They called me personally to determine whether I wanted it so that they could make sure we got the ring we wanted. The engraving is flawless! Beautiful ring, husband loved it. The original one I bought was a little too big for him so I ordered a second ring from the site but this time I had it expressed overnight shipped and engraved. The company sent the wrong size and now I cannot return it because it is engraved so I will say that the product is wonderful but the customer service not so much.

We got a matching set to replace our old wedding bands, which were tungsten as well, but my cat lost mine. Lol. These are beautiful and fit great. We LOVE them. The design, shine, and weight are perfect. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, catches light well, HOWEVER runs small. I ordered my normal size (confirmed at jeweler) and having trouble getting ring off. Checked ring size and slightly undersized.

Ordered an engraved ring in size 7. Received a ring that was way bigger than size 7. Went through over 12 emails explaining they sent the wrong size. I was told a correct size would be sent at no cost, since it was their fault. It's now well over a month after the initial purchase and I'm still emailing them, and still haven't received the correct size ring. At this point I feel I'm being ignored now. They used to respond pretty quick, but not anymore apparently. The ring I did receive is quality. But all I can to is look at it because it doesn't fit ANY of my fingers. Hopefully one day they will make this right.
