Ring was perfect!! Customer Service is always top notch--I wanted the ring engraved, so I wrote the message but failed to check the box to include it. They called me personally to determine whether I wanted it so that they could make sure we got the ring we wanted. The engraving is flawless! This is the 2nd ring we have gotten from Tungsten Fashions, and we are so pleased with the quality of the rings. They are beautiful, fit perfectly, and have beautiful inscriptions in the ring. We will be a customer again!

Beautiful ring, husband loved it. The original one I bought was a little too big for him so I ordered a second ring from the site but this time I had it expressed overnight shipped and engraved. The company sent the wrong size and now I cannot return it because it is engraved so I will say that the product is wonderful but the customer service not so much.
This is the 2nd ring I purchased and my boyfriend loves them both. Unfortunately, the 2nd day he wore it a band had broken off. I contacted customer service and a new one was shipped with no problems at all. I really appreciate how easy they were to deal with. The 2nd one came and it's perfect!!! I'm sure I'll be buying another...really like this company.
We got a matching set to replace our old wedding bands, which were tungsten as well, but my cat lost mine. Lol. These are beautiful and fit great. We LOVE them. The design, shine, and weight are perfect. Highly recommend.
I gave the silver to my husband for Valentine's Day. He also has the gold and rose gold brick as well as many other Tungsten Fashions rings. It's a very eye-catching and sleek design.

Comfortable, catches light well, HOWEVER runs small. I ordered my normal size (confirmed at jeweler) and having trouble getting ring off. Checked ring size and slightly undersized.
Ordered an engraved ring in size 7. Received a ring that was way bigger than size 7. Went through over 12 emails explaining they sent the wrong size. I was told a correct size would be sent at no cost, since it was their fault. It's now well over a month after the initial purchase and I'm still emailing them, and still haven't received the correct size ring. At this point I feel I'm being ignored now. They used to respond pretty quick, but not anymore apparently. The ring I did receive is quality. But all I can to is look at it because it doesn't fit ANY of my fingers. Hopefully one day they will make this right.
